More Frozen Pipes!

I have cold water as normal in the kitchen but no hot! Also no hot or cold upstairs Being a complete DIY numpty Im struggling to see where/how the pipes could be frozen. Any ideas?

Is the kitchen on mains? Do you have a tank in the loft for cold water elsewhere, and topping up the hot tank?

The kitchen is on mains, no tank in the loft just a Combi boiler in a bedroom upstairs at the back of the house.

So you have no cold-water storage? All cold taps are mains? If so, sounds like the feed to the boiler/upstairs is frozen somewhere.

Yes all taps are on mains. Ok thanks for the suggestion, I will take a look when I get home.
