In the kitchen and surveying the, er, crap, sorry items I've collected on my worktops:
A glove
A letter from the water company
An mp3 player (Sansa Fuze, recommended)
Several CD-Rs
2 spoons
Instructions for a Dyson vacuum cleaner
A semi-dirty J-Cloth
a tupperware-type box (on top of the microwave - see below) containing several strips of different pills, a small screwdriver, 2 dead Duracell batteries (AAA)and a felt tip marker that might or might not be in working order

Plus of course the usual - a microwave, a kettle, mugs, and a micro hi-fi

No offence, but are you really that bored that you felt the need to list all that?

Some flattened cardboard boxes, a selection of tools (power and hand), screws, silicone sealant, Screwfix and Toolstation books, some reels of twin and earth, an inspection light, some pipe fittings, a radio, a couple of drill chargers.

(I do happen to be in the middle of refitting the kitchen... smile )

Was going to reply with something witty, but nothing I can think of even remotely competes with Maureen. Pics?
