Any plumbers/tap experts out there?

Hi all

Ever since the freeze last week the 'hot' tap on the mixer in the kitchen has been flowing slower and slower. Today it is all but a dribble. The cold part of the mixer tap is still ok but the hot is not.

All the other taps in the house, hot and cold, are fine. Im guessing it must be to do with the mixer itself, but what could it be and how do i even start to fix it?
