Hi, I have a Ferroli boiler that is flashing F 37 which from a quick google isn't good news. I understand this relates to refilling the boiler? The model is a DOMI Compact F24 D.

Am I right in thinking that without a special attachment, filling the boiler is not something I can do this evening?

Are there steps I can take to ensure no damage is being done?

I can't wait to call the letting agent tomorrow frown

There will be a cold water pipe into the bottom of the boiler with a valve on it (or two valves), which will be closed. Open the valve to fill the boiler - keep an eye on the pressure gauge and close the valve again when it's at the right level.

Picture is probably easier

this is the filling loop you need to find

Turn both taps on till the pressure gauge reads about 1 bar
