Fridge Freezer ice-maker issue

I have a Neff K3990 American style fridge freezer. For no reason that I can fathom the ice maker is no longer making ice (the ice in the ice cube trays is water), and the top of the freezer seems to be above freezing point.

My knowledge of freezers extends to a (very) high level undestanding of their workings, and how to press the buttons on the front. Having said that I am happy to "have a go" at mending most things.

Any ideas gents?
