It would seem that my CH controller has started to play up (It will do HW as well but it's not used for that)
It is only used for CH and always switched to 24hrs (constant) for the underfloor heating.

The display keeps going blank and switiching itself off, thus I have to press the reset button or the underfloor heating goes off.

Basically I guess I could just connect the wires together in the box to complete a constant circuit, but I would prefer to replace it with a like for like unit, ideally of the same size etc. Just a simple swap in, swap out job.

Anyone know what the replacement for this model is please? (crap phone pic, apologies)

Get on the manufacturer's website; contact them. It may have a standard mounting plate and be a case of setting jumper switches on the rear and sliding into place. I paid my plumber to do it because I'm an idiot but you might not have to.

I did this myself a couple of months ago : Link

I did, however, swap one for another that used the same back plate which made it easier, but if I was going to swap, I noted that all the wiring that went in to the existing controller could easily have been mapped on to a new one - the same can be said for the thermostat that needed a new backplate.

As above, though - as I did, contact the manufacturer for specs and details as they might have a like for like you can swap.
