Property auctions advice
Discussion
Any pointers, advice, especially lists of upcoming auctions? A lot of sites want a subscription, are any worth it?
Looking for (ideally) a 3 bed semi in the n. london area soon, within easy walking of a tube, decent pubs and restaurants, in a decent enough area, ie no bordering sink estates. Refurbishment not a prob, in fact desirable (I'm a spark and can't stand the sight of other peoples cut corners, and find a spec developers idea of what's "easily marketable" offensive.) Evan derelict at the right price.
I know auctions can be over-attended these days and "aren't as good as they used to be" but given the current climate I'm expecting better value in the immediate future? I'd probably prefer wait another year but may be in a position to do something within a couple of months.
