12" Fret for Solid Fuel Cast Iron Fire?

Any ideas where I can get a fret suitable for a 12" opening? It is a solid fuel cast iron fire with an integral grate. I also need a ashpan but they seem to be more avaliable than frets!

Page 18 has a few bars/frets for reproduction cast iron stuff, but we've used them in the past for original ones if the size is correct.
