We have mains pressure cold water around the house (I know, not ideal but that is how it is), 3 of the toilets have restrictor valves on the inlets somewhere in/around the stop valves (stop valves = the things you turn 90 deg with a screwdriver to turn off water supply). One toilet doesn't have this and fills too fast due to the mains pressure coming in, I have slowed it down to prevent problems but it is now noisy, so I want to fit a proper restrictor valve. Is this what I need to fit inline in the pipe?

Thanks.

The ballvalve will normally have a corkscrew type restrictor pushed inside the tail.
