A previous owner used tile paint to paint the tiles in my shower.

It has started to peel and the tiles underneath look quite good.

What would I use to remove the paint?

Thanks.

Will probably have to scrape out the grouting and re-grout, as I suspect the paint will adhere to it much more than the tiles.

OK thanks, but apart from razor blades is there some kind of paint remover that will do the job?

Paint stripper. You wash it off with water, so ideal if it's applied in a shower area.

Just mask it off with some kitchen foil. Also, the paint stripper will be diluted quite heavily when washing off.
