Architect Wanted - Sutton (Surrey)

I'm wanting to have built an extension to my existing balcony to the rear of my property - it will extend over the single garage and adjoining yard/parking space to create a large (probably decked) area similar in style to this picture (although painted black to be in keeping with the existing balcony)

It strikes me as a fairly straightforward design/drawing requirement - but I'd like someone to handle the design and planning application.

Any recommendations? The application would have to go to Sutton Planning Department so someone with a good relationship with them would be great!
