Budget allows £550 for hob.

Neff or Bosch seem pretty good value.

Any one have some experience of these?

We are a Neff Masterpartner and sell a lot of their hobs. Their induction hobs are good value for money and we never have any problems with them. I recommend them to you smile

I had a Neff Induction hob fitted about a year ago, it's great.

Siemens Touchslide here; love it. No prodding + or - buttons to set temperature, just a hand capacitance slider in 20 increments.

Another vote for a Neff induction here.

We've just done a conversion of our bungalow and had a new kitchen fitted, I wanted a gas hob but as my OH is disabled and we were having an electric raiser fitted, the induction was a much safer (and easier to clean) option. I don't think we'll ever tire of how quick it will boil a kettle. smile
