Window condensation drip strip?

I get a little condensation on some of my windows, it ends up in small pools on the window frame and sills. Is there any 'strip' available to soak up the water? I have tried sponge strips but when these dry out they just curl up and are then useless.

Any ideas?

My first flat was terrible for this, tried loads of things but only a dehumidifier really worked. And then you still had to remember to empty it.

Double glazing was a permanent solution.
