Cleaning coloured paving slabs

Hi all,

Can anyone recommend a good paving slab cleaner.

I have red and yellow coloured paving slabs and they are covered in many years of dirt/grime that will not budge with a jet hose. I need something which will is for coloured slabs, and that will not cause harm to the plants I have in the garden.

Any help will be appreciated.

??? Jet wash worked for me at the weekend...

Try using one of the many 'patio' cleaners with a stiff brush.

Well the bloke I use is about eight quid an hour and does a pretty good job. I can give you his number if you want, but not sure what part of the country you are? Will you pay his travelling expenses?
