Need a Swivel connector ASAP

Need to be able to connect two metal rings together with a swivel so that the system can rotate a full 360 degrees. Where can I get a suitable link/connector, struggling to find a shop on the internet and need it this morning.

How strong does it need to be? Would fishing tackle be any good?

No, it needs to be stronger than that, but not mega strong. It's for a 200kg pulley.
