Looks like an industrial unit from the streetview, how did they get planning for that it's nothing like any other house in the area. Not surprised there are no external pictures on EA's hideous website.

Don't know the area but I'd want more land for that money.

The floorplan is too small to see the layout and the animation makes the photos unclear.
