MDF skirting

Been trawling the net all morning but can I find 14mm by 120mm by preferably 3 meter plus primed MDF skirting? Nope.
I can find 18 mm thick but I really want 14 mm.
Can you guys point me in the right direction for the required sizes please??

yep...14 mm but no 120 height......

Doubt you will find MDF at that, probably get softwood in that size though.

You've probably found these: http://www.skirtingboardsdirect.com/. I was talking to them at the Home Renovation show yesterday and they did say that they would do whatever you needed. Might be worth dropping them a line?.........

We use a lot of MDF and never seen 14mm thickness, 12 or 18mm. Saying that our supply only stocks a limited range to keep costs down!

Its 119mm, 120 nominal. Oh dear.

If you wanted square edged, you could just get MDF sheets cut to size.

I have the unfortunate luck of previously ordering skirting boards from this outfit. I can honestly say that inserting live hornets up my rectum with a sharp stick would have been a more pleasurable experience.

Does it need to be MDF? Have you checked with your local timber yard?
