South London Decorator ?

My usual Hungarian man has done a runner so I need a london based Decorator pretty fast to do some painting, carpet laying and sanding/painting window frames and I need it ASAP. Does anyone know anyone honest, reliable and cost effective ? Would be grateful for any recommendations/leads.

I know a Polish building firm in Surrey, not sure how quickly they could start work though. But they are pretty quick once started. Details have been PM'd.
