Ride on mower help needed.

Can the PH massive help please?
I have a Lawnflght 505 which I bought last year. The old owner who had it from new (15 years) told me he sharpened the blades/serviced it every year.
I have just looked at the blades to get it ready for this year's usage and TBH I don't know where to start.

The blades are held on with 13mm and 10mm bolts. Some of the 10mm bolts are missing, that is why a few of the blades are floppy. I cannot see how to remove the bolts, without removing the whole blade-wheel-thing.
Anyone out there with a ride on know what I should do? Thanks.

remove the old grass that has built up around the blades. You might find that there is enough space to get a spanner in to the other side of the bolt without all the old grass cloggin it up.
Either that, or as above, tighten it up and cut your grass - if he's sharpened them every year, I would be surprised if they needed doing again within the next 10 years!

I'm guessing you'll have to remove the pulley etc from the top side before the shaft and blades will drop out from underneath.
And as above, if a blade lets go due to missing bolts it'll hurt - looks like one has already come loose looking at the missing chunk of steel cover. If mine hits a big enough stick at the right angle, the speed that the stick gets thrown out would take your foot off.

Thanks for the replies.
The 'hole' bottom left of the cover is meant to be there: it is where the grass exits the back of the mower into the grass box. There is an additional cover which fits in between the mower and the grass box, which I had to remove to stand the mower on its end to get underneath. When it is all put together, the blades are completely covered.
I cannot get my hand behind the blades to tighten or loosen the bolts that are there/replace the ones which are not: the gap is too small.
(They do need sharpening: I have 0.5 acre I cut with it so it does get a good amount of use).

This is what I was thinking but that is quiet a major job and I was hoping for a 'trick' to get the blades off/retighten.(They do need sharpening: I have 0.5 acre I cut with it so it does get a good amount of use).
Could you use pot rivets to fix the blades in place? I used to have an old ride-on (think it was American) and while it kept going for a while, it started to go wrong and you couldn't get parts etc. Not sure it's worth investing too much time and effort in it. I firmly believe the 'blades' play a lesser part than sheer velocity in cutting grass.
0.5 acre is nothing on a good ride-on- I used to do 3 at my old place using a Countax. You could use a decent self propelled Hayter to do that amount, and you'd get stripes too.

The old girl isn't ready for the scrap heap yet!
The three bolts in the middle: the two outer ones are the same as the 10mm and 13mm ones: you cannot get to the back of them. The centre one is the base of the spindle which goes up through the mower to the pulleys etc (this isn't a bolt you can undo from underneath).
Oh hum, looks like I'll have to take the whole thing apart them.
