I actually had some delivered on Friday and fitted them yesterday. They do exactly what they say on the tin, and I'm pretty impressed with them. The frame needed to be screwed together and they then just clip into the clips that push into the window beading. They are raised/lowered using a little tab on the bottom of the blind, and tilted using a little plastic pole.
