Best way to seal bottom of garage door?
Discussion
I've decided to convert my garage in to a store room as there's not a huge benefit to keeping the car in there compared with gaining an extra room. Previously I've not been fussed about the leaves, dust and other detritus that regularly blows in through the gap at the bottom (around 20-25mm), but now I've painted in there, bought shelving and a new chest freezer, I'd like to get it sorted.
I've had a look at brush strips in B&Q, but they didn't seem very substantial. Are there any alternatives? The door itself doesn't seem to have any mounting points on the inside bottom edge for brush strips anyway. I was wondering if there might be a rubber strip I could fix to the floor instead?

Or one like this that you can fix to the bottom of the door and set tight to the floor.

One fixed to the floor will be better for stopping water getting in and one you fix to the door to close the whole gap will be fine for keeping out dirt, leaves etc.
