I Just got my first HONDA.........
Discussion
I think the motors are much of a muchness once they are running, and manage to get first time every time starts on my two B and S powered machines, a big Hayter ped and a small mountfield ride on.
The rest of the mower is more important IMO, and I trialled a honda, liked it, but it had no roller, so the stripes weren't that good. The Hayter seems more traditional and stripes up lovely, and to date (6 years) it's been spot on.
Enjoy your mower though! It is the one thing around the home I genuinely enjoy doing!! Particulalry wheelies on the ride on with my 3 year old sat on my knee!!

Photo please! I love my old Qualcast rotary with Briggs & Stratton engine, watching my neighbours struggle pushing a flymo through long grass for an hour, then going out and munching through it in 1/3 of the time with the petrol
My engine is going strong, but the metal deck has shed it's paint and is rusty, it may fall apart before the engine dies! A Honda IZY may be on my shopping last thereafter.
