Saw this when I was out and about. Is this a common thing that has passed me by or is it just a weird thing to do? Sorry for the rubbish pic.

Well I'm not religious so I would not go to one with my pets but I know they do happen. Usually they advertise them in a local paper.

I saw a bit about this in the P&J today.

I'm afraid I couldn't help wondering if it was the idea of the current minister at that particular kirk..

What's weird about it? Seem perfectly normal to me, compared to, say, believing you have an imaginary friend who runs the universe?

I took my pony to one when I was about 10. She didn't appreciate it though and bucked me off on the way home. I wouldn't go now, but I guess if you believe in that sort of thing I can see why you would want to do it.

The cats were giving it the benefit of the doubt until the "humans made in its image" bit, where they deduced that it was all bks and went back to licking their arses.
