I love Nethies but never owned one personally, I am definately a sucker for lops! Mind you my girl was supposed to be a mini lop... there is nothing mini about Binky!! she is a whopper!!

I prefer Dutchies myself. I have one and i'm picking another one up from a rescue shelter in a couple of weeks.

in a litter of netherlands/minilops you will have potentially 3 differant sorts of babies- peanuts which have double dose of dwarf gene these dont live long, exhibition ones which are small typy ones which are the ones to keep for exhibition and pets- which are still mini lops just larger than the exibition type that we all breed for, my guessing is yours was the latter or the shop was selling dwarf lops as mini lops(as they ofton do)
