Another case of cruelty

I wasn't sure which section to post this in as it's near me and involves a Porsche, but I wish I hadn't read it. Horrendous cruelty and I know what I'd do to their car in retaliation. Bastads. I can't believe it was accidental.

Sussex Police said a 33-year-old who handed himself into to a police station in Worthing was being questioned.

I hope he gets what is coming to him.
