Skin tag on a dog

I don't know what you mean by skin tag. Like a little bit of skin that starts off small and grows into a little flap. Seem more prevalent on fat people and old people, especially round the neck.Like little skin coloured moles..
But do you have
1. Hibscrub?I've no idea what this is.
2. Apple Cider Vinegar?Might have.

Hibiscrub Is an antibacterial wash can get from your vet or a chemist.
Only needed if skin tag sore/ infected.
Basically skin tags are harmless but can catch and bleed and do get bigger.
My advice would be to get it ck'd when your dog has his booster and ask about it then. If they think it is anything other than a tag they'll advise accordingly.
If small not causing a problem then leave it for now.

Apple Cider Vinegar can be used 50/50 with water in a spray, spray it over the sore area and it should help sooth (old wive's/ natural rearing Remedy).... It can also be used as a flea spray....
The hibiscrub I would have used as Bex says if it was a more infected looking wound... But then I'd be inclined to use apple cider vinegar more if possible....

Our Irish Setter developed a real nice one - on his shoulder. Being fairly smooth haired it stuck out through the hair. We had watched it develop from nothing and should have got it earlier.
After a vet visit we took it in hand. What's good enough for me is good enough for the dogs. (At least that's how they see the food situation.)
So after tying it off with a very taught piece of cotton it fell off after a week. Job done - can't see where it was. Vet happy as well.
May not suit all though. Its just owner vanity - but does help with combing if its not there.
