Cat Help

Was looking for some advice. One of our cats (we have two) has developed some symptoms that I would like opinions on. She has started to lose her fur on her backside, and tonight she crapped inside the house. There was blood in her crap. Obviously not a good sign. Will be taking her to the vets tommorow. I'm not perticuly fond of her but she's been in the family for a while so any thoughts to what it could well be? She seems to be eating and drinking fine. And her behaviour hasn't changed at all.
