Suspended 12 week sentence? For this ;(

A Gravesend man was caught on CCTV kicking and stamping on a German shepherd dog as he walked it in a park.
Unemployed Jordan Kearsley, 18, was seen on CCTV beating the elderly female German shepherd named Blaze in May this year in Gordon Parade in Gravesend, Kent.
Banned for life from keeping animals. 12 weeks custody, suspended for 18 months!!
The dogs have been returned to his Father, he has been sent to live with his Mum
In this link to the RSCPA report, you will find a link to the Video. I can't watch it past the first kick

Pathetic excuse for a man, can only show strength over a completely submissive, gentle, vulnerable and elderly dog.
So glad the dog has recovered physically, probably not mentally though. Hate to think how often he's done it before to her, she almost acted like she knew what was coming
His Dad (who the dogs live with) has said his son will never be allowed to be near the dogs again and has sent him to live with his Mum. Son should've been jailed straight away.

This is him. Little piece of s

ETA He does, of course, have an excuse... "His brother Jonathan Kearseley, 23, said the attack was inexcusable, but took place because Kearsley suffers from ADHD and is bi-polar, and had not been taking his medication. He said the incident followed an argument with his dad, with whom he had a troubled relationship, and he had been horrified and remorseful after seeing the footage of his actions."
So that's alright then. Impotent, good-for-nothing, cowardly t
