Mosquitoes in abundance this year??

Anyone else experiencing high numbers of these little buggers?

Seems to be loads here and I've never really had them before, maybe the wet weather?

I can hear the low buzz of one of them right now... I dont live in the sticks or anything... seems to be some sort of plague around here!

Yes. I got bitten to hell by the little sods on the golf course last week.

God yes. I've got one of those electric fly bats and I can easily fry 20-30 a night at the moment. Hoping they die from cold soon, little bds.

Honestly don't think I've ever seen one in this country until the other week. Turned the light out at bedtime and heard the fker whining around the bedroom. Took me pigging ages to find and kill it.

I've also noticed a great number of the little s this year. Look up on the net about a homemade mosquito trap. I made one and it's very effective.
