Harry and his cancer...
Discussion

This is Harry.
Diagnosed with bone cancer, had his leg removed.
We were all worried about how he'd cope.
But he's turned into a little tricycle, his back leg has turned into a middle leg and he doesn't seen to have lost mobility at all.
He just seems to not want too much interaction with people, i'd call it 'feline depression' in the same way we'd all be if we woke up without a leg and just had to 'get on with it'.
It's still very early days, he will 'get on with life's but that doesn't mean he is not in some discomfort post surgery (bruising, healing tissue etc) he may be wary that being handled could hurt.
Is or was he prescribed any post op pain relief? You could try natural calming products such as feliway and Zylkene to help him for a short while (your vets should know what they are).
Let him have his space, if he is normally an affectionate cat there is no reason to think he won't again in time but he's probably just a bit freaked out at the mo.
Hope he's fully recovered soon.
