Cat(s) peeing in the house!
Discussion
We have two 3 year old female cats and one of them seems to have started squirting in various places in the house! Both have been 'done' and we have no idea which it is or why.
As far as we are aware nothing has changed in their environment or otherwise in their behaviour so are at a bit of a loss as to how we stop them. They have a cat flap so they can come and go as they please and it's definitely squirting rather than properly going to the toilet. The only thing I can think that may be relevant is that c6 months ago another (randy male!) cat kept getting in through the old (non-microchip) car flap. One day we found most rooms had been generously treated and assumed it was said cat. So either it wasn't him but it triggered this behaviour or they can still smell him and are remarking territory? But it was ages ago.
So does anyone have any good ideas or do I turn the pair of them into some cosy winter slippers and a pair of gloves?
