Seeing as they ban foxhunting but want a badger cull, it would seem sensible to convert fox hounds into badger hounds. Two problems = one answer. The hunt gets some sport and Bertie Badger gets the chop.

i so hope this footage is handed over to the police and they take action BUT pigs may fly,
if they need culling then employ a trained marksman not tts on horses.
if you or i break the law the police are down on us but they turn a blind eye to hunting
