What insect is this?

We've had a few of these at work recently, and I'm kinda ashamed to say that I have no idea at all what it is...



It's about an inch long, and they don't seem to be keen on flying.

I saw some this weekend too. They behaved a bit like large flying ants, but brown.

Looks like a stonefly.

Thanks Paintman, having had a look at the wiki I'm sure that's what it is. The wiki said they're not strong flyers, and live near running water. We have a small river running next to the shop, so it all fits.
