Humane cat repellant

Neighbour got a cat a few months ago. It is now using our garden as a "dumping ground" .

Any recommendations for cat repellant to stop it s@itting in my garden?

Partially crushed garlic cloves or bits of orange peel scattered about can work.

Clear coke/lemonade bottles filled with water and left lying around the garden also seem to work.
