Right, so basically, spiders are overtaking my car! At first it was the wingmirrors, which I can just about handle, albeit wiping the cobwebs off everytime, sometimes even luring them out and riding of them when they come out to inspect the piece of grass I threw on their web! rolleyes

However, now they seem to have taken over the front grill, the gap in between the bonnet and the windscreen, and even some of the wheel arches, so clearly there is more than one!

Has anyone got an effective methods or products they may rid this many spiders from ones car?

During the heot weather I've been leaving my windows open fractionally at night. I've got spiders inside now as well as outside. I feel a bit sorry for the inside spiders, they'll probably starve, wither and die. After laying an egg pouch somewhere hidden...

Because it makes my nice clean car look old and unused with all these cobwebs all over it!

That is a lame excuse. Just let them be.

As a proud car owner, and a man, I'd rather my car didn't look like scensoredt. Therefore, the spiders are going.

Buy a tin of bug spray, spray the car heavily, leave closed up overnight, also spray under the bonnet, around the wing mirrors etc.
