Can anyone identify this bug that we discovered in our house yesterday?



5p for scale. It looked like a bit of carpet fluff but then it's head(?) which is pointing at the 5p slowly emerges from one end and it slowly drags it's fluffy shell around.

Any idea?

It's a tiny tortoise wrapped in navel lint.
