Anyone recommend a good dog car rear seat cover?

I'm climbing the walls trying to keep my car clean and find a good, waterproof rear seat cover for my car.
They all seem to disintegrate within a couple of months, and although they say they are waterproof, they are not and dog hairs get stuck into the material,and holes appear that let dirt through. Thanks.

This has served our lab well for the last 2 years, comes with small attachments to wedge down the back of the seat which helps hold it in place. We also put a piece of vet-bed on top which stops him sliding around, and is easier to wash.
