Balinese cat breeders

We are slowly moving towards the idea of getting a cat around the place, and would prefer a hypoallergenic cat (my wife is slightly allergic to cat fluff). Our research has led us to the Balinese breed. However, we would like to find a breeder, but can't find anything out about them, all the links to breeders are out of date or offer very little info.

Where is the best place to find lists of registered breeders or specialist rescue centres?

You could also look at the Russian Blue and Siberian breeds. These are also supposed to have less of the protein to which people are allergic in their saliva.
