Growth on goldfish's eye

Is there anything i can try medication-wise to try and treat this,it's getting quite big but doesn't seem to bother the fish at all,seems healthy enough.
I'm so tempted to cut it off!

White often means a fungal infection. There are over the counter treatments.

Take the pic to a good shop like a Maidenhead aquatics store, not somewhere like pets at home. Do not cut it.

I've tried 2 or 3,including the one that turns the water blue,didn't seem to make much difference.
