My dog was snoozing until the howling started, she sat staring at the screen, got up and stood in the middle of the floor watching the screen. When it stopped she jumped up on the settee beside me, seemed a bit agitated then scarpered out of the room into the extension and stayed there for an hour.
Seemed to freak her out a bit.
