Not sure where it came from (well, outside obvs..) but a snake appeared in our kitchen today..
It would’ve had to climb steps to get in the house, and make it past two terriers (ok, Bostons, but still terriers..) so not quite sure how it got there.

Guessing it’s a grass snake so I’ve released him into the fields.

A lovely grass snake, well done on not panicking and letting go in a sensible place!

Great pictures. Last year our youngest Spaniel brought two into the house .Held them behind the neck and they were unharmed. I got them both out safely. I have not told the wife, she was out both times . She would never leave the doors open again ever .

When a mummy snake and a daddy snake love each other very much…..

Brilliant tho. That’s one teeny grass snake - prob last years that just woke up. Is it possible one of the terriers caught it and brought it in?
