This little (sh&t);bird has been waking me up at 4am every morning for the last month, I've had it! It's just gone 11am and it's still going strong....
What's the best decoy to buy to scare it off, buzzard, owl, eagle etc?
It sits outside my bedroom window every morning and the lack of sleep is honestly really taking its toll..

I adore Wrens - gorgeous, pert, little things. I was amazed to learn they are the most common bird in the UK.

But they do pack one hell of a racket for a thing of such modest size

Get a young Bengal cat. There won't be a Wren for long.

Perhaps you need to borrow one of my cats? I get birds, bits of rodent (usually rat from the waist down), rabbits....

One of my friends had a half dead pigeon dropped on them during the night as a present.

Plan C: If you sleep on your side, a drop of water in your exposed lughole works better than any earplug.

Swap you the wren for the bloody pheasants that gather outside my window around the same time.

The racket a disco chicken can make, screeching and flapping its wings, is unbelievable.

Swap you them for foxes in shagging season. The number of times I've been jolted awake in the middle of the night thinking I can hear a woman being murdered in the street right outside...
