So the only place we can get a cat flap in the door to the outside garage. We have a conservatory so 2 sets of sliding glass doors so a magnetic one won’t fit.
I’m going to put the cat flap in the garage door, both cats spend most their time outside but as it gets cooler at night i’m hoping they will have somewhere for shelter.

What should I put in there for them ?

only thing I'd say about the garage is just make sure that there is no anti-freeze spillage (or indeed the normal oil based ones). Car battery is another thing to ensure is covered up....

I'd be tempted to have the car flap lead an enclosure inside the garage maybe with a heated bit for the winter?

Any chance they could bring mice in? Make it a very good mouse proof enclosure!

Is the garage joined on to the house? Maybe another cat flap into the house?

Hi
We don’t want a cat flap into the house. Last time we had this we had lots of rodent visitors including Mr Rat who liked to chew through pipes which cost us £1k in repairs.
No car stuff in the garage for them to drink just want to make it a bit cosier.
