Anyone know what this insect\larva is ?

Hi all, can anyone identify this insect\larva ?

My 12 year old granddaughter is freaking out a bit as she's found several on her bedroom floor recently.

Looks like a carpet beetle larvae, not sure as difficult to see how big it is from the photo. If it is then regular hoovering the whole room will help get rid, bicarb and vinegar kills them. I'd put bicarbonate down on the area where they were found and then Hoover it up a few hour later.
