Bank holiday Europe road trip suggestions

As per the title really. I'm feeling a massive sense of cabin fever at the moment and need to disappear off to the continent in the old jalopy, on my own if needs be - I want to throw my ruck sack and tent in the boot, drop the roof, disappear on the Fri night (or a*se crack of dawn on Sat) and roll back into London late on Monday night having spent £300 on fuel, food and drink, and about £3 on accommodation

So, where should I go? I did Bruges a month ago, so need further suggestions from your kind selves
