Typhoid and Hepatitus A & B are the only vac's I would worry about personally. Hep is a disease that attacks the liver. A is transmitted by food and B by blood. It is highly infecteous.

A is supposed to be a big problem, I've read that 40% of locals are carriers, but in 15 years I've never known any one get it, Dengui is a problem but there is nothing to stop it, and again never known a tourist get it, but the locals go down with it all the time,

I didn't bother with anything for hep - just make sure you eat in reputable places and if dodgy, the food is well cooked.

Dengue fever is probably the most 'common' problem. Plenty of insect repellent and that's sorted.
