Does she need help with every mundane aspect of her life, or just this one?

In the fun-filled spirit of the Ambiwlans thread - The Chicago Bears? wink

Serious answer is to go visit the naval museum - they have a captured U-Boat that you can walk round, with very little mention of the fact that we got the first one biggrin

Also Navy Pier, the Hancock observatory, and there's a good restaurant at the top of one of the massive tower blocks.

The Hancock observatory is a good one. I had a few good nights at the House of Blues, good food and good music.

Navy Pier as a bit meh but worth the visit I suppose. Maybe take a boat trip out into the lake to get a nice view of the skyline. Michigan Ave is good for shopping - and is LONG so will keep her occupied. A trip to the top of the Sears tower is worth a shout, it is very large indeed.

I was going to suggest Springer but a quick google reveals it's moved to Stanford, shame - that was a fun day out! hehe

Hugo's Frog Bar. Brilliant Food. Then over the road to a bar called "The Whiskey" for a Tanquiry Ten and Tonic?

Hire a Harley and ride round the lake?

Collect my mobile and documents from my old office for me?

Cheers Hump, She can't ride a bike ( doesn;t mind being on the back of mine though ) so none of that fun stuff is available to her.

Ironically she is dropping of a load of new Mobiles for market research, if your serious I can find out where about she is and see if she can do that.

The architecture boat tour through the town was a good way to spend 90 mins or so, I really enjoyed it.

The Zoo is free, and you can hire bikes from Navy Pier and cycle all the way in a park that runs for miles along the lake front.

I can usually waste an afternoon in a city getting a drink, buying a book, getting another drink, finding a nice park, getting an icecream, reading the book, getting a drink, people watching etc...

Go to Moretons near to trump Towers. Best steak I have ever had plus the menu is demonstrated off a trolley which is brought to your table, they tell you everything about what you are going to eat. simply the best in my opinion.
do the guided bus tour and habour tour and shopping all along the main road whose name escapes me.
