Ibiza - Anyone been, anyone got any contacts (VIP?)

Hi Guys,
Bit of an odd one but off to Ibiza in two weeks time (25th to 2nd) with a few mates, the main idea behind the trip is going for a friend’s 21st birthday, however the lad who'd Birthday it is, unfortunately, is less privileged than the rest of the group and hasn’t really ever really been away or had money to enjoy the finer things in life.
So, we all decided to make his 21st a bit special and take him to Ibiza... now, if that’s not special enough I wondered if anyone had any contacts to get VIP access or anything like that? Make it a true birthday to remember (or, be reminded of in the morning haha!).
He really wanted to do Swedish House Mafia @ Pacha on the 27th but everywhere I looked has said that’s sold out, hope I can find some tickets when there!!!

You'll be able to get tickets while your there for swedes. Trust me, not sure on VIP have a few friends doing seasons over there this summer but all have taken part in a mass "Facebook Deactivation" to suprise people with thousands of photos when they get back!

I might be wrong, but i'm sure i read somewhere that SHM arent actually playing the 27th due to festival commitments or something along those lines...

Stangely, I mentioned similar on another thread just last night!
I don't know whereabouts you're staying, but for VIPs, try a few of the more clubby bars and shops in Playa d'en Bossa as they sometimes offer 'upgrades' to VIP with ticket sales if they've struck a deal with one of the promotors (I don't want risk naming and shaming them on the 'net, as I don't know how 'officially' these deals have been struck)...
The same may well be true in San An', but I'm not familiar enough/ suspect they'd fear getting too big an 18-30 crowd turning up!

As above, definately get tickets for the clubnights from the various bars as 9 times out of 10 you will get some sort of extra with them.. We got free bands/passes into Space nearly every night of the week in Playa d'en bossa if you entered before 10/11pm etc - which, by Ibiza standards is a bit early so these hardly ever got used.
VIP tickets are being offered here for that very night...

That's really quite an economical way of doing it IF you want to have a table, spend the extra cash and are planning on drinking a fair bit anyway (bear in mind drinks cost even more in VIP in my limited experience - Spirit + Mixer was about 14 Euros vs. 10 in the main club last I was in Amnesia IIRC (if you'll pardon the pun

SHM will be extremely busy, maybe not as bad as none of them are there that night. It's also an incredibly expensive night for VIP.
Amnesia allow you to go VIP for an extra £20 on nights like Cream. Es Paradis and Eden are pretty reasonable for VIP tickets. You'll always be paying for the roped off areas, and never for the real VIP - so keep that in mind.
