I'd planned a holiday to visit a few different European cities a while back with my then girlfriend. Unfortunately since then we're no longer together, but I'm probably still going to do the trip.

I don't much fancy sitting in a hotel for nights on end on my own. So how's it best to meet people also on their own?

Any shouts welcome.

I would recommend staying in hostels rather than hotels. You tend to meet more people there.

There's a few websites where you sleep on someones couch. Good way to meet like minded people and get free/cheap accommodation and a small chance of getting some.

Especially those Scandinavian chicks. They're up for it.

I have a spare couch for those visiting the UK. I can pretend to be "into" travelling. (I've done my fair share but cba any more.)

hehe
