If you are going to the Cancun area or riviera Maya area then you will not need any.

Yellowfever and Hepatitis if you are going to the non-touristy areas. These are just as a precaution.

Should be fine then. My misses was a Thomson rep and lived there for two years.

No nasty needles needed.

I went there but we wasn't sure on any excursions so we had ours done to be on the safe side - literally in the doctors for 10 minutes but if your staying at the resort you'll be fine.

Would you need any if you were staying in Cancun but visiting places like Chitchen Itza?

We was only advised to have vacinations if we took an excursion into the jungle which we decided against anyway. If your in a built up area you'll be fine, to be honest we was probably a little over cautious.
